       C.E. Enterprise Consulting Company was founded by M.L. Chaivat Jayankura (Chayangkool) in 2001. M.L.       M.L. Chaivat decided to do his own business as a consultant. The crucial areas that
his company focuses are Sales, Marketing, Management development and KPI.

      Besides, he is recognized as a professor who teaches in faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University, especially in the field of E-Commerce and
Marketing for year 2000 and beyond, which they are regarded as one of the famous
topics in the world of globalization.

President, Samart Internet Co., Ltd. (April 1, 2000 – April, 2001)

      Working at the Samart Internet, M.L. Chaivat created the business model in five
business units in order to reach the market - E-Solutions, E-learning, E-Connect, E-Content, and E-Hardware.

      October 1, 2000. Appointed to be President of Samart E-Living Group. In E-living
group, Chaivat created the E-Zone concept that combined mobile phone shop with the computer hardware, books and Internet.

      The “Go To Market” model increased the number of internet users from 18,000 to
45,000 within 6 months, together with the new marketing campaign.

Managing Director, Compaq Computer (Thailand) Ltd.
(June 1998 – April 2000)

      Since Compaq Computer Corporation acquired Digital Equipment Corporation and Tandem Computers International Inc. in June 1998, M.L. Chaivat was promoted as
Managing Director for the new 'Compaq Computer (Thailand)' Ltd. He has successfully
made Compaq Thailand to be the ASEAN's largest revenue contributing country with
the increase of 20% revenue, plus 305% achievement in operating profits for the first
half of the year 1999.

Managing Director, Digital Equipment Corporation (Thailand) Ltd.
(August 1996 – June 1998)

      At Digital Equipment Corporation (Thailand) Ltd, he was assigned as the first Thai Managing Director in August 1996 with the remarkable performance of Digital's
Alpha/VAX and PC product sales with the rapidly increasing 30% of the overall sales.

      Furthermore, M.L. Chaivat also boosted Digital image as "one of the IT leading industry
in Thai market" among customers and opinion leaders such as IT reporters and analysts.
During his management at Digital, M.L. Chaivat successfully created a strong customer relationship with decision-makers in the enterprise market (banking, finance, government
and manufacturing market) which have resulted in a long-term business relationship.

Managing Director, Siam Music Yamaha Co., Ltd.
(January 1995 – August 1996)

      At Siam Music Yamaha as Managing Director, he has managed the sales to be
increased up to 25% per year with the best margin since it was established.

Vice President, Siam Motors Co., Ltd. (October 1993 – January 1995)

      At Siam Motors as Vice President of Marketing & Sales, having the success in
designing and implementing the marketing plan of NISSAN NV pick-up was one part
of his outstanding works. This plan was also implemented from the branch system to
the dealer system.

Business Development & External Affairs Manager, IBM (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
(1979 – October 1993)

      At IBM, for 14 years in the Computer Industry, M.L. Chaivat gave a strategic
consultant in an enterprise system for the manufacturing and distribution industry.
He was the first one who initiated the designed and developed system integration
in the country. He got the highest sales award from IBM Asia Pacific Division.

course at Chulalongkorn University under the topic "The New Area in Marketing for
Banking Business".

      Digital Equipment Corporation (Thailand) Ltd. is the IT company with its main business dealing with banking and requiring the expertise in total application of the banks. To meet with this requirement, he had attended the banking conference "Banking to Bankers 97"
in Austria to meet and exchange views with senior banking executives from more than
15 countries.

Achievement in Business:

  • 1995 At Siam Music Yamaha Co Ltd - appointed as Managing Director with the
    result that     sales had been increased up to 25% per year with the best margin
    and received the     Yamaha International Award "Outstanding Contribution
    in 1995".
  • 1993 At Siam Motor Group, appointed as Vice President - Marketing & Sales,
    managed to     increase sales volume of automobile from 4,500 units/month to
    9,000 units/month.     Designed and implemented successfully from the branch
    system to dealer system.     Designed and implemented the marketing plan of
    NISSAN NV pick-up successfully.
  • 1982 - 1989 At IBM (Thailand) Co Ltd achieved project in Siam Motor Group,
    value more     than US$10 million and received award for "ASEAN Sales Director".
  • Consulted two major manufacturing clients and turned them from manual operation
    to Computer Integrated Manufacturing organisation.
  • Managed problems and presented the Financial Report with the potential growth
    of  investment in I/S.
  • Managed the critical factors for the first System Integration Contract for IBM
    Thailand as     evidenced by add-on business of US$30 million.
  • Created and Implemented Enterprise System in Automotive Business Solution. Developed     Enterprise Marketing by using Opportunity Management Module
    to develop the long-term     business opportunity to maintain the customer
    satisfaction at the high level using value     added in Information System of CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) concept.     Proposed, sold, and installed
    the first nation-wide network in Automotive Industry of US$15 million project.
